What began as a flooded quarry is now a haven for divers looking for exceptional water clarity and beautiful conditions. Since 1980, dutch springs, a flooded quarry in the lehigh valley, has been the unlikely underwater home for a devoted diving. The quarry is located in delta, pennsylvania, just north of the maryland state line, within an hour’s commute from baltimore and harrisburg.
